Sales Representative
Position Overview
We are looking for a driven Sales professional to grow HiTech’s client base and revenue by generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals across our digital solutions (web/mobile development, custom software, ERP, and AI automation). This role requires strong communication, consistent follow-up, and the ability to understand business needs and convert them into clear, value-based proposals, working closely with our technical team to ensure a smooth handover and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales opportunities and proactively approach target businesses (calls, messages, meetings).
- Qualify leads and clearly understand customer needs, pain points, and priorities.
- Present HiTech solutions professionally and communicate value, scope, and outcomes.
- Coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing and post-offer follow-up.
- Maintain consistent, professional follow-ups to keep opportunities moving forward.
- Keep CRM records accurate and provide regular pipeline and performance updates.
- Achieve agreed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Attend client meetings and events when needed to expand network and drive leads.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (B2B preferred); experience in IT / software / digital services is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and sell solutions (not just products).
- Excellent follow-up discipline and pipeline management.
- Comfortable working with targets and performance-based results.
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Arabic fluency is required; English is a plus.
- Based in Jordan.
