Junior sales representative
Position Overview
We’re growing, and looking for a Junior Sales Representative (Amman, Jordan).
At HiTech Jo, we build web & mobile solutions and implement Odoo ERP for clients across education, healthcare, manufacturing, finance, and more. If you’re driven, professional, and eager to learn tech sales, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, research, and qualify leads across target sectors
- Book meetings and support product demos with the presales/technical team
- Maintain accurate pipeline updates and notes in CRM (Odoo preferred)
- Prepare proposals, follow up professionally, and support closing activities
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and feedback from the field
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Interest in technology and IT solutions
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation software
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Strong organisation, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Tech-curious: comfortable learning software/ERP concepts
- CRM literacy (Odoo or similar) is a plus
