HiTech Jo proudly announces the successful completion of its inaugural HiTech Enterprise Full Stack Web Development Program (Batch 1), marking a significant milestone in the company's commitment to developing local tech talent in Jordan.
The intensive 9-week program, which ran from July 15 to September 18, 2025, concluded with final project presentations where five dedicated participants showcased their full-stack web applications developed during the training.
Program Highlights:
The program was conducted in a hybrid format combining on-site collaboration at HiTech headquarters and remote development work. Participants engaged in comprehensive training covering modern web development technologies including HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap 5, JavaScript, PHP 8.x, Laravel Framework, and MySQL database management.
Under the expert supervision of Development Lead Abdullah Hasanein, trainees progressed from fundamental web development concepts to building and deploying complete, production-ready applications. The curriculum emphasized project-based learning that mirrored real company workflows, ensuring participants gained practical, job-ready skills.
Capstone Projects:
Each of the five graduates successfully designed, developed, and deployed a full-stack web application featuring:
- Laravel-based backend with CRUD functionality
- RESTful API integration
- Responsive Bootstrap 5 frontend
- User authentication and role management
- Version control through Git and GitHub
- Live deployment with complete documentation
Career Development:
Beyond technical training, participants received comprehensive career preparation including CV writing, LinkedIn optimization, GitHub portfolio development, and professional communication skills. The program maintained a rigorous evaluation framework assessing weekly progress, professional commitment, and final project quality.
Graduation and Certification:
On September 18, 2025, all five participants presented their capstone projects to HiTech's development team, receiving detailed feedback and personalized career guidance. Upon successful completion, graduates received official training certificates recognizing their achievement and newly acquired full-stack development capabilities.
